Zhu Xing is a Taiwan-based manufacturer established in 1986. We develop and manufacture our own product lines while also supporting OEM/ODM projects for customers worldwide. Our capabilities cover mold development, injection molding and complete product manufacturing.

From Mold Making to Complete Manufacturing

Zhu Xing began as a mold-making factory in Changhua, Taiwan. Over the years, we expanded from tooling into injection molding and other manufacturing processes, allowing us to handle a wider range of products in-house.

Our manufacturing experience also influences how we develop products. We consider the product structure, material, production method and cost from the beginning. This applies to both our own products and OEM/ODM projects.

Our in-house manufacturing capabilities allow development and production teams to work closely throughout a project.

Mold Development

We review product structure, mold design and manufacturability before tooling begins, then develop and test the mold for production.

Injection Molding

Our production department handles plastic injection molding for both our own products and custom projects using a range of machine sizes.

Processing & Assembly

Depending on the product, secondary processing, component assembly and other production steps can be coordinated within the same manufacturing system.

Inspection & Packaging

Products are checked according to approved specifications, then packed based on product requirements and transportation needs.
