In-House Facilities for Development and Production

Our factory in Changhua, Taiwan brings mold development, injection molding, secondary processing, quality control and packing together in one manufacturing facility. The equipment is organized to support both our own product lines and custom OEM/ODM projects from development through production.

Our equipment is not concentrated in one production step. Tooling, molding, processing, inspection and packing are supported by dedicated equipment within the factory.

MOLD DEVELOPMENT

Tooling Developed In-House

Our mold development department supports 3D drawing, mold design, machining, assembly and trial preparation. Keeping tooling close to the production team makes it easier to review mold structure, make adjustments and prepare a project for mass production.

MANUFACTURING

Injection Molding and Secondary Processing

Plastic injection molding is one of our core production capabilities. Supporting equipment is also available for processing, assembly and other production steps required by different products. This allows multiple manufacturing operations to be coordinated within the same facility.

QUALITY CONTROL

Inspection Based on Drawings and Approved Samples

Quality inspection is supported by dimensional measuring equipment and a 2D optical projector. Depending on the project, products are checked for dimensions, appearance, function and consistency with approved samples or customer-defined specifications.

PACKING & MATERIAL HANDLING

From Product Packing to Shipment Preparation

Packing operations are coordinated according to product shape, customer requirements and transportation method. Labeling, pallet handling and container preparation can be managed together with the production and shipping schedule.
