Choose the planter height that suits the display

F273 can be used with compatible decorative planters with an opening of approximately Ø270–280mm, or paired with Zhu Xing porcelain-look planters designed for the F273 system.

F273 is also compatible with Zhu Xing Modular Flower Stands , allowing the pre-assembled orchid arrangement to be combined with different stand heights and display styles.

Arrangement Inspiration

Built inside. Beautiful outside.

The tray stays hidden inside the finished display, leaving the Phalaenopsis flowers, decorative planter, and floral styling to remain the visual focus.

Using your own planter?

Opening diameter is only one part of compatibility. Send us the opening size, inner dimensions, and a photo or drawing of your planter. We can help check whether F273 is a suitable fit before you order.

Designed for fuller orchid displays

Support the structure.
Let the flowers define the look.

F273 is designed to stay hidden inside the planter while supporting 5–7 orchid nursery pots, stems, and the overall composition. Florists still control the final style, but begin with a more organized internal structure.

A Different Assembly Workflow

Spend less time building the inside of the planter

Traditional orchid arrangements often require filler to be cut, stacked, and adjusted before each plant can be positioned. F273 provides predefined support areas and height levels from the beginning.

Traditional Setup
With F273
Height Setup
Cut and build up filler according to the planter.
Use built-in tiered support positions.
Plant Positioning
Position and stabilize each plant individually.
Place nursery pots into predefined support areas.
Styling
Build the internal structure before shaping the flowers.
Start shaping stems sooner using integrated support points.
Storage
Filler materials require preparation and storage space.
Trays nest together when stored.
For Growers, Florists & Wholesalers

A repeatable base without limiting floral creativity

01

More Consistent Starting Structure

Defined support positions give different staff members a similar starting point while leaving the final flower direction and styling in the florist's hands.

02

Easier Assembly Workflow

Staff can focus sooner on orchid placement, stem direction, decorative finishing, and the overall composition instead of first constructing the entire filler structure.

03

Compact Seasonal Storage

The stackable PP trays nest together, reducing the storage volume required between orders and during off-peak seasons.

Designed Detail by Detail

Practical structure behind the finished arrangement

F273 three-level support structure for Phalaenopsis orchid arrangements

Three-Level Support Structure

Built-in height differences create a naturally layered starting point for the orchids, reducing the need to manually build individual levels with EPS filler.

F273 dedicated stake holes for supporting orchid stems

Dedicated Stake Holes

Integrated support holes help keep long Phalaenopsis stems upright and provide convenient positions for shaping the direction of the finished floral display.

F273 honeycomb bottom openings for flexible stake positioning

Honeycomb Bottom Openings

Multiple openings across the support areas give florists more options for inserting stakes or wires, helping adapt the support points to the natural direction of each orchid stem.

F273 solid outer shell for containing orchid growing media

Solid Outer Shell

The surrounding wall helps contain loose growing media such as moss, bark, and other plant residues during assembly, handling, and transportation.

F273 elastic securing devices for stable installation inside decorative planters

Three Elastic Securing Points

Flexible securing structures help keep the tray positioned inside compatible decorative planters during assembly, handling, and display.

Stacked F273 quick-assembly orchid trays

Stackable Between Orders

F273 trays nest together when not in use, helping growers, florists, and wholesalers reduce inventory and seasonal storage space.

Arrangement Inspiration

The support stays hidden. The arrangement gets the attention.

F273 provides the internal structure, while flower color, planter style, stem direction, and decorative finishing remain open to the florist's own design.

Order & Shipping Notes

General information for international orders, samples, customization, payment, and shipping arrangements.

Q1 : What is the minimum order quantity?

We do not require a high MOQ for most standard products. However, each item must be ordered in full-carton quantities.

For example, you may order 1 carton, 2 cartons, 5 cartons, or 10 cartons of an item. Partial-carton quantities are not available.

Packing quantity varies by product. Please refer to the individual product page or quotation for carton packing details.

Q2 : Can I mix different products in one order?

Yes. Different products may be freely combined in the same order, as long as each item is ordered in full-carton quantities.

For example: 5 cartons of F262 + 10 cartons of planters + 3 cartons of plant saucers can be shipped together in one order.

There is no requirement for every item to have the same carton quantity.

Partial-carton packing is not available because our standard cartons are designed to fit and protect each product properly. Repacking loose quantities may leave excessive space inside the carton and increase the risk of product damage during transportation.
Q3 : How does the sample charge work?

The standard sample charge is US$150.

For sample shipments with a shipping volume of less than 3 cuft, the US$150 sample charge includes the courier fee.

If the sample shipment exceeds 3 cuft, the additional courier cost will be quoted separately. We will cover the standard portion, and the buyer will only be asked to share the additional freight cost caused by the larger shipment volume.

Samples can generally be delivered within approximately one week, depending on the destination and courier schedule.

After a formal order is placed, US$50 of the sample charge will be credited back toward the order.
Q4 : Can I order custom colors?

Custom colors are available for selected products.

Please send us an email with the product model, desired color, and estimated order quantity so that we can evaluate the production requirements and provide a quotation.

Custom-color orders generally require more than 10 cartons, depending on the product, color, and actual production conditions.

Q5 : Can you provide customized packaging or add our logo?

Yes. Customized packaging is available upon request.

Options may include customer logo labels, stickers, customized cartons, or other packing requirements.

Additional charges may apply depending on the packaging design, materials, quantity, and printing requirements. Please contact us for a separate quotation.

Q6 : What are your standard payment terms?

Our standard payment terms are:

30% deposit upon order confirmation
70% balance upon receipt of copy B/L

Alternative payment arrangements may be discussed depending on the order or project requirements.

Q7 : What is the standard production lead time?

Standard production lead time is approximately 45–60 days after order confirmation and receipt of the deposit.

Actual lead time may vary depending on order quantity, production schedule, customized requirements, and actual production conditions.

The confirmed delivery schedule will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation.

Q8 : What trade terms do you offer?

Our commonly used trade terms include:

  • FOB Kaohsiung
  • FOB Taichung
  • FOB Keelung
  • CIF
  • C&F
  • EXW

The final trade term, port of shipment, and destination will be confirmed according to the quotation and order requirements.

Q9 : How are orders below 1 CBM shipped?

For orders with a total shipment volume of less than 1 CBM, shipment will normally be arranged by air freight.

Air freight and related transportation costs are borne by the buyer.

Q10 : Are there any handling charges for sea freight orders?

For shipment by sea, the total shipment volume should generally be over 1 CBM.

For sea freight orders with a total merchandise value of less than US$6,000, an additional US$200 handling charge will apply.

This charge helps cover local export and logistics expenses, including:

  • Forwarder handling costs
  • Export customs clearance
  • Local trucking
  • Other related export handling expenses

For larger orders, pallet loading, mixed-product shipments, LCL shipments, and container loading arrangements can be discussed according to the order volume and destination.

Please note: The information above is intended as a general guideline for international orders. Final pricing, shipping arrangements, production lead time, and transaction terms will be confirmed in our official quotation or order confirmation.
